Cosmoprof North America  +  Press Kit Production
Project and Client: 
The leading B2B beauty and cosmetics trade show, Cosmoprof North America, hired Adduco Communications as its PR agency partner. Adduco contributed to marketing efforts, public relations strategy, and coordination of preview events. In addition to the planning and promotions leading up to the conference dates, Adduco ran many on-site sub-events while directing the press room and media relations. 
Objective:
Develop and distribute a comprehensive press kit for media outlets, journalists, influencers, brand reps, and event participators.
Process and Roles:
I gathered and organized information and content from team members working on scheduling, event planning, and public relations efforts. After designing and formatting relevant press kit content – event invitations, media agendas, informational packets, featured brand booklets, and more – I handled each step of production including sourcing printers, prepping files, proofing, delivery, compiling the kits, and distributing. I also developed a system to make the press kit available digitally, adapting all elements into web-optimized versions for users to access virtually during and after the conference. 
Outcome:
In order to provide clear and timely information, the physical and virtual press kits showcased consistency across branding and format. The thorough yet concise content gave press attendees and brand participants an outlet to digest targeted information, and provided a resource to assist them in excelling at their assignments, while helping the events and press room to run smoothly. Beyond the press materials some thoughtful touches were added, such as branded usb pens with the digital press kit pre-loaded, and insert cards to collect a VIP bag full of cosmetic products featured in the press room and at networking events.
